Course tariffs

The price for 2010 is R 3950,00

This is fully inclusive of all professional tuition, fully catered for meals and all accommodation. Transport to Moholoholo Mountain View, beverages, laundry and any other personal expenses are excluded.

Students who do not have transport to get to Moholoholo Mountain View should contact us, as we do assist with the organizing of lifts with other students attending the same course where possible.

·        A 50%deposit is required, within2 weeks of making a booking, to secure it

·        As soon as deposit is paid fax the deposit slip to us with your enrolment and indemnity form. We also have credit card facilities, so you can also fax us your credit card details with the amount we must deduct and we will send you a confirmation of booking (unfortunately we do not except American Express cards)

·        If a booking is cancelled within 5 weeks or more before the date 25% handling fee will be deducted from your deposit

·        If a booking is cancelled within 4 weeks before the booking date the total deposit will be forfeited.

PLEASE NOTE: If by any unforeseen circumstances the course is cancelled. The amount deposited into our account by you will be refunded in full.

HOEDSPRUIT is our nearest town, which is 32 km away from us.

·        A doctor (GP) and dentist are available in hoedspruit

·        The supermarket and pharmacy is well stocked

·        All banking facilities are available.

·        There is also a military hospital in hoedspruit for emergencies

·        Students must arrive by 14h00 at the Moholoholo Mountain View, the day the course commences.

·       Departure time on the last day is around midmorning.

The risk of being transported

I understand that Moholoholo will supply transport or that participants will set out in an open vehicle and be subject to natural elements and that steps will be taken to ensure the safety of the participants.

Travelling on foot and being exposed to dangerous animals

I understand that I will occasionally travel on foot or be outside in the veld where dangerous animals will be a risk.

I, together with my heirs, executors and administrators hereby indemnify, render harmless and release Moholoholo Tracking Course, it’s owner, the management and any employee and representative against any and all liabilities and claims that arise as a result of any act or omission (whether by negligence or not) of any person or from any cause whatsoever.

Moholoholo Tracking Course accepts no liability for death, illness or loss of or damage to the property arising out of my participating in the said activities from any cause whatsoever and the parties acknowledge that they are aware that Moholoholo Tracking course has no insurance policy for this purpose.
