A couple from Vivo Waterpoort brought in a White Faced Owl which they named Bibi that they had been looking after for about a month. The owl was unable to stand upright on its own and we thought that maybe it had fluid in its stomach. We, fortunately, discovered that he had worms which was treated immediately and is now doing very well. It is now standing upright and eating by himself. Once it has gained its full strength we will release the owl.
